SLAVA ISUSU HRISTU! GLORY BE TO JESUS CHRIST!
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
Today we venerate the Cross. Today we prostrate in front of the decorated by flowers Cross and acknowledge that without Cross we wouldn’t have the salvation and assurance of the Heavenly Kingdom.
If we want to rejoice in the resurrection, we have to embrace first the Cross upon which our Lord died for us, but also who said: “Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me” (Mk. 8:34).
In the middle of the Great Lent we are reminded about our way, our only way towards eternal life with Jesus. The way is the Cross. Let us cherish it not only today, or this week but every day of our lives.
