~ Includes use of kitchen, stove & urns
~ No Bar Service (Must provide own glasses, pop, ice, etc.)
~ Members to provide own paper plates, cutlery, napkins, etc.
~ Members do their own set up and cleaning of the premises
~ Liquor permit must be present
~ Bartender can be hired for $100.00 (bar ice included)

* The Security Deposit becomes the Damage Deposit on the night of the function. The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 10 working days after the function, providing the facilities are not damaged in any way.
