Rental Fee $750.00

Bartenders:
Under 75 Guests – $200.00
75 to 150 Guests – $250.00
Over 150 Guests – $300.00
Members – $175.00 Flat Fee
Corkage $6.50 / Adult
Digital Projector $50 (non-member) $25 (member)
Napkins, Tablecloths/Skirting can be arranged through Legends Catering If Required
Hours of Operation: 4:00pm – 1:00am ~ Bar Closes: 12:00am
Client to provide their own liquor.
Note: A penalty of $100.00 may be imposed for every ½ hour beyond the stipulated hours.
Small Private Party (Holy Cross Members)
Rental Fee $250.00
Security / Damage Deposit $250.00
~ 50-120 Guests
~ Includes use of kitchen, stove & urns
~ No Bar Service (Must provide own glasses, pop, ice, etc.)
~ Members to provide own paper plates, cutlery, napkins, etc.
~ Members do their own set up and cleaning of the premises
~ Liquor permit must be present
~ Bartender can be hired for $175.00 (bar ice included)
* The Security Deposit becomes the Damage Deposit on the night of the function. The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 10 working days after the function, providing the facilities are not damaged in any way.
Note: Outside caterers are NOT permitted.
