HRISTOS RAZDAJETSJA! CHRIST IS BORN!
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
After being baptized, Jesus started his ministry of proclaiming who he is and why did he come to the earth. He started in Galilee where, as we have recorded in the Gospel (Mt. 4:12-17), people sat in the darkness. With his presence, with his words, Jesus brought to all the people so needed light. Jesus is still bringing light to the people throughout the world. To those, of course, who want to accept and live in the light. And in order to do that there must be something do. Jesus said in the Gospel what exactly that is: “Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near.”
Do we want to live in the light? Do we want to accept the light? We all know that we are sinners and today is the time to ask ourselves these questions. Today is the time to ask for forgiveness, to change, to start new life!
