6th Sunday After Pentecost

Slava Isusu Hristu! Glory be to Jesus Christ!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ!

Not being accepted in the territory of Gadara, Jesus returned home where everybody loved Him and enjoyed His presence. Or did they? In today’s Gospel reading (Mt. 9:1-8) we hear how some teachers of the law question the goodness of the Lord. “Does He think He is God?” they asked among themselves. In fact He is God. God who healed paralyzed man, who wanted that all see His goodness, His love, His readiness to help. But even seeing and experiencing all of that, many people still don’t believe, or refuse to accept Jesus as Saviour. And in doing so many remain paralyzed; paralyzed in their unbelief, refusal, objections… Let us not be among those people, but among the people who believe and enjoy the life in Jesus Christ.

God bless you all!

Fr. Janko!
